Just thought I'd drop you a line to say what a fantastic service I have received from you...
I know most people are quick to moan so I thought I'd be as quick to compliment!
I called up to find out about availability on the jacket detailed below and like a normal bloke had no idea about sizes etc etc
I was talked through how to get the size right for both the jacket and pants and was assured of delivery before weds this week.
Purchased, package arrived yesterday and all fits perfectly!! Made all the more special as my urgency to get the gear was punctuated by the collection of my new bike today
Sounds simple I know but I'm sure you are aware of how many companies fail to meet this standard and as such I felt it was to be commended. Unfortunately I did not catch the name of the person who dealt with my phone call but if this gets back to the right person
