Returns policy

All items returned for exchange due to incorrect size, colour, style etc will be subject to a re shipping fee of £3.99.

UK mainland shipping via courier costs up to £20 depending on the item, however Rocket Centre subsidises this cost on all orders to a flat rate of £3.99 making exchanges easier and less expensive for our customers.

All Items returned within 14 days of receipt of the item* for a refund will be refunded in full upon receipt of the item (unused with tags). Postage and packaging costs cannot be refunded.

All products sold come with a 12 month manufacturer’s warranty. Many products may have longer warranties please contact the store for further information.

Should you have any issues due to faulty items they should be returned to the store in order for us to process a warranty claim on the item for you. Please note that it is at the discretion of the manufacturer to decide whether a replacement, credit or repair is the most appropriate solution. 

We aim to turn around any warranty issues as quickly as possible but please allow us up to 28 days as we deal with many overseas manufacturers.

This does not affect your statutory rights.
